CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation of participation, the
registration fee (less an administrative bank fee) will be refunded if
the Secretariat receives notification before 7 May 2009.
Only 75 % of
the fees paid will be refunded if cancellation is received 20 May 2009
at the latest.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received
after 20 May 2009.
