Accommodation
The pre-reservation for participants of the meeting was made in Hotel Pyramida (http://www.hotelpyramida.cz/en/) for a very reasonable price - 70 EUR/double and 64 EUR/single, including breakfast.
The final reservation must be made by the participants themselves at http://tinyurl.com/COST-HINT until 30 June 2016, indicating the dates of arrival and departure.

Reimbursement
Participants from HINT member countries selected for oral contribution will be reimbursed according to HINT MC decision. About 20 oral contributions will be selected/accepted. Other participants will potentially be reimbursed in case of remaining budget.
