The registration fee includes a welcome refreshment, conference materials, lunches from Monday to Thursday, coffee-breaks and poster sessions refreshment, a social programme with a conference dinner on Wednesday afternoon, and a farewell snack.

Accompanying Persons

90 EUR / 2500 CZK includes social programme and conference dinner on Wednesday - possible to pay (in cash only) at the registration desk on site upon arrival.

Cancellations

	Before 10 June 2022	100% refund (cancellation fee 30 EUR)
	Until 24 June 2022	50% refund
	After 24 June 2022	no refund possible
In the unfortunate case of cancellation of the conference due to the epidemiological situation, the fees will be refunded in full.

Abstract

Sample and template of abstract: abstract.rtf. The use of this template is mandatory.
Abstracts will be printed in the A5 size, therefore the use of smaller font sizes than in the template should be avoided.
Abstracts are supposed to be uploaded during registration.
Extended papers can be published in Materials (ISSN 1996-1944, IF 3.748) with 15% discount on article publication charges. If you are interested, please contact Ms. Riley Ren.
