Since 1967, the Institute has been organizing every year 1-2 international conferences on polymers, the Prague Meetings on Macromolecules (PMM), mostly under the auspices of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). So far, eighty meetings of PMM have been arranged.
