TopicSearch of materials suitable for new molecular electronic devices
AnnotationResearch activities will include theoretical study of electrical and optical properties of organic materials supported by accomplishment of necessary experiments. Special attention will be paid to the possibilities of the charge carrier transport photo-modulation in polymer systems. The aim of the work is creation of theoretical models and optimization of the properties of materials suitable for the construction of new molecular electronic devices, for example optoelectrical switches, sensors, field effect transistors, and flat LED.
