Interesting research published in Pharmaceutics manufactured novel amphiphilic, biocompatible and thermo-responsive PLA-b-PTEGMA copolymers synthesized via one-pot controlled RAFT-ROP polymerizations with fine-tuneable LCST. NPs prepared from them encapsulated and release paclitaxel by temperature-triggered drug release mechanism in relevant pathophysiological temperatures.
