The registration fee includes a welcome refreshment, conference materials, lunches from Monday to Thursday, coffee-breaks and poster sessions refreshment, a social programme with a conference dinner on Wednesday, and a farewell snack.

Abstract
- Sample and template of abstract: abstract.rtf. The use of this template is mandatory.
- The Book of Abstracts will be printed in the A5 size, therefore the use of smaller font sizes than in the template should be avoided.
- Abstracts are supposed to be uploaded during registration.
