The Department is equipped for preparation of protein samples for crystallization, crystallization experiments at different temperatures and their monitoring, for vitrification of samples in liquid nitorgen and long term storage, for demanding calculations and 3D graphics manipulation with molecular structures. We also utilize licenses of scientific software for analysis of structural data such as HKL2000, CCDS CSD or Relibase+.
