Glove box system with inert atmosphere consisting of two independent glove boxes which are interconnected.

The first box is used for small chemical work, thin polymer film preparation and characterization. It is equipped with integrated spin-coater, vacuum oven and components needed for optical and electrochemical measurements.

The second box with integrated evaporator serves for further photophysical and electrical measurements, finalization of organic photovoltaic and light-emitting devices and their characterization.

300 W Xenon (Oriel), 900 W xenon (Schoeffel), mercury and halogen lamps, calibrated halogen and mercury lamps

Hamamatsu microsecond flashlamp

Dye laser system composed of nitrogen ns-pulse laser VSL-337ND-S with dye module DUO 220 (Laser Science, Inc.)

Motorized monochromators (e.g. Yobin Yvon H10, Schoeffel)

Spectra Pro 300i monochromator/spectrograph (Acton Research)

Single photon-counting detection (cooled RCA C31034 photomultiplier).
