  4. Impedance spectroscopy (PGSTAT 12 equipped with FRA2 and ECD modules)
  5. Raman spectrometer (Lambda Solution, λexc = 532 a 785nm)
  6. FTIR spectrometers Nicolet Nexus (FAR - NEAR IR) a Bio-Rad FTS 175C (15 000 - 50 cm-1).
  7. Optical microscope Olympus BX 60 equipped with hot stage Linkam THMS 600 (- 70 ≤ T ≤ 600 °C).
  8. Thermoanalytical methods: DTA (RMI 03) and TGA (25 < T < 980 °C), DSC DiamondPerkin Elmer (-70 ≤ T ≤ 600 °C).
  9. Coating system BAE 250T (Balzers)
  10. X-ray diffraction analyzer Siemens Krystalloflex 4.
  11. System for measurements of the temperature dependence of the dc and ac electrical conductivity, Hall voltage and thermoelectric voltage. (1×10-1< R < 1×1013 Ω).
